HIIT is a great way to burn calories and it’s extremely easy to get into. HIIT stands for High-Intensity Interval Training, so expect to be challenged. The best part about HIIT is that it allows you to get a lot done in a quick 20-30 minute workout that is simply not possible with other methods.
Here is our beginner 20 minute HIIT workout. Go for 3 rounds of 45 seconds, hitting as many reps as possible and then rest for 15 seconds before you start again.
3 rounds; 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest
1. Push-Ups
2. Squats
3. Butt Kicks
4. Tricep Dips
5. Side lunges
